OK....so I totally had to post about this!! One of my dearest friends - Wendy - just became a MOMMY!!! Isn't that just the best news!! Her husband and her have been struggling to get pregnant for the better part of five years and after many set-backs and prayers they decided that the right thing for them to do was adopt! They did all the MOUNDS of paperwork, interviews, and got their baby room all prepared...and then started the waiting game. They waited...waited...and waited. AND THEN...on March 25th their adoption agency called and said that they had a mother who was going to be delivering any day!!! They were so excited!! It's funny how your life can change at a moments notice. Little Addelynn Marie Glass was born on March 29, 2008 at 3:33 a.m. Wendy said that the birth mother was really great...she met them and really wanted them to have her baby!! The papers will be official today!! HOORAY!!! Congratulations Glass Family!! You guys are going to be the best parents and little Addie is a doll!!!

The Lord works in mysterious ways. What a wonderful thing for your friends to finally add a spirit to their family. It is so neat how adoption works for the birth mother and the family receiving the baby, blessings for both parties.
