We decided to be adventurous and take a little vacation! Call us crazy...with a toddler and a two week old...ha ha. But since Nate really doesn't get much time off...and he actually had this past week off...and so far Sophie has been fairly easy going...we decided to beat the heat and get out of town!! We headed up to Provo and on the way stopped in Richfield. It was such nice weather...RAIN, SUN and RAINBOWS! Ha ha.
Bella loved being at Great Grandpa and Grandma Hawley's house. She warmed up to Grandpa right away...maybe that's because he pulled out some chocolate kisses. HA HA. They played and laughed...it was so cute to watch. She even played ducks with him! Grandma held Sophie for a long time and Sophie just slept away!! When it was time to go Bella told Grandma and Grandpa that she was going to come back tomorrow. Ha ha...if only.
We then went over to visit Great Grandma and Grandpa Magleby. It was so fun to visit with them...they look so great...they even took us out to dinner at Pepperbellys! Yummy! Kelley and Judy came with the kids and met us for dessert. Lakin and Bella bonded right away and Bella got Lakin to dance, sing and jump around the restaurant with her. HA HA. She just loves to play with older girls!
We are so glad we were able to stop by and see everyone. It was such a fun visit!
